- Subscriptions (recurring billing): You may cancel a subscription at any time. Refunds for recurring charges depend on when you cancel:
- Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund if less than 20% of accessed content used.
- After first billing cycle: No automatic refund for the expired billing period. We may offer a prorated refund in exceptional cases at our discretion.
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not always entitle you to a refund for time already billed unless exceptional.
3.3 Free Trials
